Keto Lime Coconut Macaroon Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup liquid allulose, monkfruit blend
- 2 TBSP lime juice
- 2 TBSP lime zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Add coconut flakes, and keto liquid sweetener to a bowl
- Mix until the coconut and sweetener are fully incorporated
- Zest lime and add lime juice to coconut mixture
- Scoop into little balls on a lined baking sheet with parchment paper
- Bake for 15 minutes or until nice and golden
