Where can I buy PBH products?

Right now, PBHFoods.com is the exclusive place to purchase PBH products.

Do first-time customers get a free sample?

Sorry, we do not offer free samples for new customers. But we do offer a 15% off discount for new customers with code PBHTRIBE.

Can I customize my own PBH Box?

Absolutely! You can customize and subscribe to your goodies on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. Click HERE for more details.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal, Apple Pay, you name it, we accept it.

Why isn’t my discount working?

If you are having issues using a discount code, please check the following:

    • Ensure that the "Shipping Address" fields have been filled in completely
  • Check that the code was entered correctly
  • Ensure that your order is not a Subscription (discount codes cannot be applied to orders containing a subscription box)

Where is my order?

Orders process in 3-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation saying your order has shipped and it will include a tracking number. PBHFoods.com offers 2-5 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all products ordered. However, due to related demand and Covid-19, PBHFoods.com orders may experience delays.

What is your shipping time?

Processing time is 3-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. However, due to related demand and Covid-19, PBHFoods.com orders may experience delays. We have three different shipping options. Fedex Express , USPS Priority and USPS First Class. Fedex Express delivers in 2 days with the exception of orders shipped on Friday. USPS First class is 3-7 day shipping. USPS Priority 3-5 business days.

How long is your processing time?

Processing time is 3-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. However, due to related demand and Covid-19, PBHFoods.com orders may experience delays.

What is considered business day?

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding some holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas
  • Memorial Day

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do! Orders over $75.00 receive free shipping.

My cart is over $75, but I don't see that free shipping has been applied to my order.

Please make sure that your cart total is greater than $75 AFTER your discount code has been applied.

When do orders ship?

Since all orders are baked to order, processing time is 3-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Once your order leaves our facility, you can expect your delivery within 2-5 business days depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your USPS or FEDEX tracking ID number. If you have a PBH login, you can also find your tracking ID number in the Order History section of My Account.

You can click on the link in your shipping confirmation email, or copy and paste your tracking ID number into the USPS or FEDEX Tracking Page to locate your package.

Where do you ship from?

Our small-batch bakery is located in sunny Miami, FL.

Can you ship to P.O. Box address?

Yup!

Can you ship to an APO/FPO address?

Yup!

I am trying to track my package but it says “Pre-shipment,” what’s going on?

“Pre-shipment” simply means we have printed your order and it's on its way to be delivered to our local post office. Please give 24-48 hours for the tracking to update.

If you notice your package after 48 hours, the tracking info still says “Pre-shipment” this may mean we printed your label and are currently baking a fresh order for you or your order did not fit in one of our boxes so we upgraded your package and changed your tracking number.

Can I schedule a shipment or place an order to be delivered on a specific date?

At this time, we cannot completely guarantee that your box of goodies will arrive on a specific date. However, you can reach out to our customer service team at hello@paleobakehouse.com and we will more than happy to try and accommodate the request.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Yes, our fulfillment team can coordinate an overnight shipment. However, you must reach out to our customer service team at hello@paleobakehouse.com 48 hours BEFORE you need your goodies to be delivered.

Please note: There will be additional costs associated with overnight shipping, depending on location, and size/weight of your order.

What is PBH?

PBH is a baking company based in Miami, FL that bakes sweet, healthy treats with a short list of whole ingredients. All of our products have a base of Eggs, Almond Flour, Honey, Erythritol, Monk Fruit, Allulose, Stevia and Coconut Oil. Our products are gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, oil free, and soy free. Snack and munch on our goodies for breakfast, post workout or for a mid-day snack!

What is the shelf life of your products?

The shelf life of our goodies, in their packaging, is 2 weeks. Please freeze them when you receive them to extend their shelf life.

Do your goodies require freezing?

Yes, please freeze goodies once you receive them to preserve and make sure these goodies last. Please consume within the 2 weeks of shipping date.

INGREDIENTS & NUTRITION

Are PBH products vegan?

Some. Our icings are vegan friendly and all our baking mixes can be converted to vegan recipes.

What’s NOT in PBH Products?

  • No Added Sugar.
  • No Dairy.
  • No Soy.
  • No Gluten.

 

There are also no artificial colors or artificial flavors.

Do PBH products contain allergens?

Yes. Eggs, almonds, tree nuts and coconut can all be found in PBH products. Allergens vary by flavor, so always check the nutritional facts before eating our products and consult your doctor if you have questions.

NOTE: Our goods are manufactured in a facility that also processes eggs and tree nuts.

Where do I find the Nutritional Info?

Our nutritional info is located on the product page of the product you are interested in. Simply click to expand.

How do you calculate the net carbs for each product?

To calculate the net carbs in our goodies, subtract the dietary fiber and sugar alcohols.

How are your goodies sweetened?

Every product is sweetened differently. Our traditional paleo goodies are sweetened with honey or coconut sugar. Our keto friendly products are sweetened with allulose, erythritol, monkfruit or stevia.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

How do I return or exchange a box of PBH goods?

Since all orders are baked to order fresh from our bakery, unfortunately all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be allowed.

Some products arrived broken/damaged. What do I do?

We’re sorry this happened! Email us at hello@paleobakehouse.com and we will be more than happy to send a replacement.

I accidentally wrote my shipping address wrong, what do I do? 

Oh no! Please send us an email at hello@paleobakehouse.com so we can update it on our end and your goodies make it to the right address. ****PLEASE NOTE**** If your order ships with the incorrect address and you want your goodies to be delivered again, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to re-ship your goodies.

I received the wrong order. What should I do?

We're so sorry your order wasn't right! Please send us an email at hello@paleobakehouse.com and we will get the correct order out ASAP!

What do I do if my product is damaged or defective?

We always make sure to ship out the best products, but we understand some times things can happen. If possible, attach a photo of the issue so that we can assess the issue and prevent it from happening again.
