Keto Chocolate Granola Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup liquid allulose, monkfruit blend
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a food processor chop almonds and pecans
- Add chopped nuts, keto liquid sweetener, coconut flakes, cocoa powder and sunflower seeds to a bowl
- Mix until mix fully incorporated
- Pour mixture to a lined baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread evenly
- Bake for 15 minutes or until nice and golden
