Where can I buy PBH products?
Right now, PBHFoods.com is the only place you can purchase PBH products.


Can first time customers get a Free Sample?
Sorry, we do not offer free samples for new customers. But we offer 15% off discount for new customers with code PBHTRIBE. 

Can I customize my own PBH Box?
Absolutely! You can customize and subscribe to your goodies on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. Click HERE for more details. 


What forms of payment do you offer?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal, Apple Pay, you name it, we accept it. 

Why isn’t my discount working?
If you are having issues using a discount code, please check the following:

  • Ensure that the "Shipping Address" fields have been filled in completely
  • Check that the code was entered correctly
  • Ensure that your order is not a Subscription (discount codes cannot be applied to orders containing a subscription box)

SHIPPING

Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes we do! Orders over $49.98 receive free shipping =)

My cart is over $49.98 but I don't have Free Shipping?
Please make sure that your cart total is greater than $49.98 AFTER your discount code has been applied.

When do orders ship?
Since all orders are baked to order, we try to bake everything within 3-5 business days (we are getting better!). Once your order leaves our facility, you can expect your delivery within 2-5 business days.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your USPS or FEDEX tracking ID number. If you have a PBH login, you can also find your tracking ID number in the Order History section of My Account.

You can click on the link in your shipping confirmation email, or copy and paste your tracking ID number into the USPS or FEDEX Tracking Page to locate your package.

Shipping to a PO box? Copy and paste your tracking ID number into the the USPS Tracking Page.

Do you offer overnight shipping? 
Yes, our fulfillment team can coordinate an overnight shipment. However, you must reach out to our customer service team at hello@pbhfoods.com 48 hours BEFORE you need your goodies to be delivered.
Please note: There will be additional costs associated with overnight shipping, depending on location, and size/weight of your order.

Can I schedule a shipment, or order, to be delivered on a specific date?
At this time, we cannot completely guarantee that your box of goodies will arrive on a specific date. However, you can reach out to our customer service team at hello@pbhfoods.com to coordinate a shipment to be delivered BEFORE an event.

Can you ship to an APO/FPO address?
Yup!

How can I add a note inside my box? (Birthday, Get Well, etc.) 
If you would like to include a note in your box, please contact our customer service team directly at hello@pbhfoods.com

 
I am trying to track my package but it says “Pre-shipment”, What’s going on?
“Pre-shipment” simply means we have printed your order and it is on it’s way to be delivered to our local post office. Please give 24-48 hours for the tracking to update.
If you notice your package after 48 hours, the tracking info still says “Pre-shipment” this may mean we printed your label and are currently baking a fresh order for you or your order did not fit in one of our boxes so we upgraded your package and changed your tracking number.

What is PBH?
PBH is a baking company based in Miami, FL that bakes sweet, healthy treats with a short list of whole ingredients. All of our products have a base of Eggs, Almond Flour, Honey, Erythritol, Monk Fruit, Allulose, Stevia and Coconut Oil. Our products are gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, oil free, and soy free. Snack and munch on our goodies for breakfast, post workout or for a mid-day snack!

What is the shelf life of your products?
The shelf life of our goodies, in their packaging, is 2 weeks. This can be increased by refrigerating/freezing them (which we recommend).

Do your goodies require refrigeration?
They do not if they will be consumed within 2 weeks of the shipping date. But we suggest you refrigerate any perishable good (including ours).

 

 

INGREDIENTS & NUTRITION

Are PBH products Vegan?
No, our products contain eggs.

What’s NOT in PBH Products?

  • No Added Sugar.
  • No Dairy.
  • No Soy.
  • No Gluten.

There are also no artificial colors, artificial flavors, preservatives or fillers.

How are your goodies sweetened?
Depending on the products we use either honey, coconut sugar,  stevia, allulose, and monk fruit, or erythritol.

Do PBH products contain Allergens?
Yes. Eggs, Almonds, Tree nuts and coconut can all be found in PBH products.  Allergens vary by flavor, so always check the nutritional facts before eating our products and consult your doctor if you have questions.

NOTE: Our goods are manufactured in a facility that also processes eggs and tree nuts.

Where do I find the Nutritional Info?
Nutritional information is found on every product page as a secondary photo.

How do you calculate the net carbs for each product? 
To calculate the net carbs in our goodies, subtract the dietary fiber and sugar alcohols.

 

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

How do I return or exchange a box of PBH goods?
Since all orders are baked to order fresh from our bakery, unfortunately all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be allowed.  

Some products arrived broken/damaged. What do I do?
We’re sorry this happened! Email us at hello@pbhfoods.com and we will be more than happy to send a replacement.

I accidentally wrote my shipping address wrong, what do I do? 
Oh no! Please send us an email at hello@pbhfoods.com so we can update it on our end and your goodies make it to the right address. ****PLEASE NOTE**** If your order ships with the incorrect address and you want your goodies to be delivered again, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to re-ship your goodies.

 

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When does my Subscription Ship?
All Monthly PBH Boxes are shipped within 3-5 business days after you placed the order.

How do I start my subscription?

Are separate Keto and Paleo subscription boxes available? 
Yes, your subscription box is fully customizable. Click Here to subscribe. 

Will I get an email notification about my shipment?
Yes! We will send you an email notification letting you know we shipped your package with the USPS or Fedex tracking information.

How do I cancel my Subscription?
We’re so sorry to see you go :( You can cancel your subscription by accessing your customer account under “My Account” and clicking “Manage Subscriptions”

All cancelations via email must be submitted 48 hours before billing cycle. Once the order is placed, you will not be billed the following month but will still receive the month of box.
